Tastyplans.in or its mobile application is operated by the firm Mutechie (www.mutechie.com), established in 2020, registered in Bengaluru, India. We categorize or shipments/delivery in to the below 3 categories:

1.      Home Delivery: This is a complete responsibility of the Vendor (FBO) to delivery the ordered items to the customer (if the vendor has kept this option as “On” on their managerial portal. Tastyplan does not provide any delivery services for the vendors.

2.      Pick up from the Restaurant: Here the customers pick up their orders from the Vendor/Restaurant directly at zero addition delivery cost.

3.      Pick up from the nearest pick up point: This relies on the hybrid model of shipment/delivery where three parties are involved in executing the delivery: The food preparing restaurant on whom the order has been placed, the delivery point facilitator and the customers themselves and the procedure can be described as the points below:

a)      The customer choses the nearest pickup point available with a discounted price over the home delivery charges to pick up the item when they are being notified for pick up.

b)      The Vendor who is preparing the food makes sure that the delivery to the selected nearest pickup point is done before updating the status as “Ready for Pickup”.

c)      The Pickup point facilitator makes sure that they are accessible by the customer for their item pick up

Tastyplan/Mutechie has no direct involvement over the shipments or delivery. The Vendors take the complete responsibility over the shipments and order processing.
